A Million Thanks on Brim of 21st January

Dear blog,

Today was really fantastic! Things happened unexpectedly. As I've posted before, I was not really expecting much today, but truth is really kind with me, and I had a really great time in the day!

Then I thought that I will just have to spend my night with my family. Ya know, a family dinner and that would be the end of the day. I tried to call up some people to come and join me for dinner. Sadly, none replied me and all rejected. I was pretty disheartened at first but later cheered myself up by telling myself that everyone must have been very busy. It's our graduating year after all. What's more, everyone has their own stuff to do. They can't be helped.

Surprisingly, at about 10PM, Caroline called me saying she was already downstairs my block. Taken aback, I got a little pissed off at her sudden motion. It was really sweet that she wanted to meet me at such a late time. However, I did not want her name to be black-listed in my parents' books too.

It turned out that I was given a birthday surprise!! a whole lot of them came by! Even those that I did not expect! In fact, truthfully, I did not expect them at all!
