Happy Valentine's Day!

Dear blog,

While many rise to the occasion where love is in the air, there are some out there who are not.
While some are spending the day with their counter-part, some are with missing parts.

What I'm trying to say, is that things are different for many people. Nothing is the same. Maybe similar, but not congruent. The same goes for thoughts, theories, believes and principles.

A question came across my mind before and it went "do friendship need constant communication?"
My answer was a simple "no."

I believe that as long as I cherish that friend of mine, communication is not a big problem to face. However, it did hit me. What if that friend of mine does not cherish me as much as I cherish him?

That would be a gamble, I decided. I am just putting my faith and trust in them. Many people will say that I am stupid, some has already done so. I know. In fact, I know that perfectly well. I know that at the end of the day, chances of me getting hurt the most is always the highest. I still believed, anyway.

So far, my friend who I have had for more than 5 years have not been disappointing me. I am glad my "choices" we right. People say that while new things are better than old things, old friends are better than new friends. People also said that you will find your true friends during your high school years, not elementary.

Frankly speaking, I have no comments just yet. My friends that I have met in my secondary school life has been pretty much fluctuating. This is really hard to scrutinize and there are times when I am really afraid.

I do not trust people easily, thus explaining the reason why I do not really have many close friends. Thus, when i do start to trust, or when I have trusted, a person, I will expect more from that person too. Yes, I have always been pretty "picky" about my friends.

Now that is the problem that I am facing right now. It seems like my trust has been misplaced, faith forlorn and guard insubstantial.

I just hope that my decisions in the past has been right. If they are not, I suppose that it is really the time to learn from my previous mistakes. I have to have my heart ready. When it skip a beat, I will know that a new change is about to take place.

Feet Healing

Dear blog,

My feet are healing at a pretty fast rate. Thank god I figured that I should not wear shoes and not to over-walk myself.

The SYF competition is in 2 months time. My Mandarin Oral Examination is in 3 months time. The holidays is in 5 months time and the Mandarin Papers are in 6 months time. Counting down like this really suck man.

Anyway, I am now working on my POA. I think I should be able to catch up before due date. If that is so, I can put my heart at a little ease cause at least I'll be able to secure 6 subjects for the certificate.

Hopefully, everything will be alright. I am currently really open to critiques regarding myself but am easily appalled by grotesque remarks. Hope no grotesque remarks will pass by my ears these days.

Back to Silence

Hey blog...

The house back quiet again. Missing Isnu and the guys already D:

School's back!! Screwed the noon of my today. Everything shall improve and be back to normal by the end of tomorrow of the start of next week.

Oh! Heard that my mom is coming here again around the 14th. Gosh, that's like Valentine's Day! Haha! Lucks to my sister! She was planning to date her boyfriend the whole day, methinks. xD

As for me, I shall study more. :)

I Can Cycle!!!

Dear blog,

I have GREAT news to tell! Guess what? I am officially able to ride a bicycle!!! :D Just how awesome is that!!

Went to East Coast Park with Miranda, Siska, Isnu and Anthony today. Jessica Ang, Caroline, Wilona, Harvest and Alfreda could not make it. I am in debt to those who were there man! They taught me how to cycle till I could! And I could cycle without stopping for about 10 minutes, I think. Definitely more than 500 metres! :D awesome!!!

Yes, I am ecstatic to also figure that I am not that bad at Dance Dance Revolution too. We went to an arcade after cycling. Playing DDR is Anthony and Siska's forte, I suppose, and they were playing it. Curious, I decided to try. Well, word up! I could play the easy ones! ^^

After which, we went to eat at Seoul Garden. Totally full. I could have sworn that the amount of food I ate was equivalent to the amount a cow could have eaten. So much for losing pounds.

Lastly, we ended our day by watching The Curious Incident of Benjamin Buttons. It was a good movie. Pretty abstract but good. The end was sad, but Brad Pitt Lovers will definitely love it. He looked sooo handsome!! xD

Anyway, I should take a bath now. It's super late and my leg hurt. Plus, I can assure you that I stink as hell. Catch ya another time~! Good night now.

Painful blisters

Hey blog...

Jill's party was alright. As expected, I did not know her friends. Thank god there were Isnu and Anthony. They introduced me to this friend of their called Lidya as well. Turned out that we could get along fine too, awesome!

Anyway, Isnu is staying over at my house for the 4 days he's in Singapore. This is the third day already, which means that he'll be flying off tomorrow. Sad. Oh, Dinika stayed over last night too. Heee

Why was she here? Hahas. The norm, dear. She went to party. It was a youth event, said she. Well, I was extremely surprised when I learnt of the people who were going there with her. Haha!

Anyway, I had been having blisters on both my ankles and they're bloody painful, I swear. So I've been dressing them up only with the resources that I had at home. Yes, my blisters burst and they weren't attended properly, causing them not to heal. Till today, they're still excruciating!

And I was supposed to go to school today. There is an exchange with Kranji Secondary School. Shucks! I could not go and told Janice this morning x.x GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH

It have to heal REALLY soon!!!

Damn blog!

Got an update from Jillian and she has made up her mind on going to ZIRCA. It was in place of former Ministry of Sound (MOS). Yeah, expects it to be awesome, but damn! Since it's new, it's probably tight on the bouncers!

Damn blog, I wonder what sort of ID they accepts. Hopefully everything will be alright. Oh, by the way, Mir is gonna ditch me. Sighs, am hoping I can have my party-partner with me. Out of luck, she doesn't know the birthday girl. =/

Had a Blast!

Dear blog,

I had a blast last night! Alfreda was with me at Kenrick's party. Was wearing my white dress-like top with a green cardigan. Was not sure on which cardigan to wear at first but decided on that after asking for my sister's opinion.

Thanks to Alfreda and my priceless skills in balloon sculpturing, pumping and tying of balloon ends, we helped my poor sister who was in need of help! :D

Ate at Il Lido Italian Restaurant. Met Kenrick's friends. They're really nice :) The food was scrumptious too. The dessert was a tad too much, though; in the sense that it was too sweet - consisting of a piece of mud pie, mud cupcake and coconut ice-cream.

Back at the Villa, we partied till dawn. By the way, Alfreda and my "priceless skills" in balloon sculpturing was totally brushed aside when Justin, a friend of Kenrick's, started sculpturing some. He was good at it, really good.

We were also exposed to their other exquisite talents. Justin and JJ can sing extremely well. They were really wonderful and JJ danced to Beyonce's Single Lady too. He could really move his ass like Beyonce man! Haha!

Alfreda and I also figured that the two of us has the same level of alcohol tolerence. XD I found myself a new awesome party-partner. Just how much more awesome can this get? :)
