Welcome 2009!

Hey hey! Yeah, it's been bloody long! My bad, I did not update about my leaving Singapore. It was pretty sudden, too. As always, things just happen pretty suddenly in this life or family of mine.

Anyway, the end of 2008 was pretty rough. There were times in 08 where I was about to break down. There were times when I thought I would just give up. In fact, I would have given up, if not for the people around me. Those who've supported me, those who said encouraging words, those who trusted me through whatever.

Yes, there were times when everything just sucked so bad. I thought things would turn out really bad. True, there are certain things that are not as pleasant and I wished them to be up till now. At least, however, I managed to pull through them. Now, I'll just have to fight on.

Bad memories, I had them. Good memories, embraced them too. With the coming new year I hope things will improve. In every single aspect of my life. Life has not been fair to me. I do demand fairness, but life was never fair in the first place, has it ever been?

So, as 2008 was about to end, what did CCA go through?

I went back to Indonesia as per normal. I did not want to, actually. I wanted to spend my holiday studying. Or catching up subjects, at least. None of that came true. Except for the fact that I did my essay.

Met my friends there. Missed Isnu soooooo much! ^^ Glad I was allowed to go out of my house too. God, or I would have been in my house 24/7 there! Oh, also, we went to visit Siska at Depok. That was my first ^^

Then, I went to China. To a city called ZhuHai. I had no idea there was such a place. I did not know it existed! I did not even know which part of China it was in. Of course, I later learnt that it's in the GuanDong province. Well, point is, I had no idea why we went there.

We stayed there for about 5 days. In between, we spent a day at Macau. Stupidly, we had problems with our visas and had to do visas on arrival. Many bad memories there. Anyway, Macau is cool. But I guess it's only populer for it's casinos??

Then, we also spent a few days in Hong Kong. This was the place where we had our countdown. More specifically, at the Disneyland. It was the first time I ever went to Hong Kong and the first time I ever visited at Disneyland at all. Truthfully, I was kinda disappointed. I expected something really extremely breath-taking. I guess I set my expectations too high. Oops!

But nonetheless, I loved it in Hong Kong! Except for the fact that we had an aweful accomodation. Everything was minimalised there due to the high living expenses. Horrible. Trust it to be a tourist spot. =/

Anyway, we went to the populer Ngong Ping 360 there, which is the extremely long 30-minutes ride of cable car ride, and the Ocean Park. Ocean Park was fun! Thank god! It sort of compensated everything ^^

Anyway, that's all for now. Shall continue to study and I'll rant on another time ya! ^^ Nitezz!!
